Global Lab Strategist

NVIDIA is seeking a highly motivated Technical Program Manager to lead the development and management of NVIDIA's Global Lab Strategy. This role will work with the Senior Director of Design and Construction and will collaborate with multi-functional groups to assemble requirements and work jointly with Site Services Planners to craft and implement lab strategy build outs. This position will have the opportunity to work on some of the most innovative technology and help to drive the innovation of our future labs that will be used by engineers to develop our next generation products. The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, proactive, and a skilled problem solver who can adapt and work effectively in a multi-functional International Corporate environment. Along with demonstrating a consistent track record in leading and delivering strategies with clear technical competence including understanding a variety of different types of lab environments (Benching, Data Centers, labs, and Office environments).

What you'll be doing:

• Work closely with multi-functional engineering groups to collect and understand their requirements for benches, racks, power, air-cooling, liquid-cooling, networking, and site logistics.

• Review our product roadmap and guide lab requirements to support future programs.

• Identify needs for special labs for engineering engagement on customer systems and define infrastructure requirements.

• Work with groups to ensure their requirements are accurately translated into infrastructure needs.

• Partner with Project Management team to design labs to meet the infrastructure requirements of engineering groups.

• Engage with IT Networking groups to resolve equipment needs to be ordered and deployed in the labs.

• Host status update meetings.

• Commission labs and verify that design requirements have been met.

What We Need to See:

• BS/MS in Computer Science/Engineering (IE), or equivalent experience.

• 7+ years of architecting computing infrastructure at scale.

• Experience with engineering lab environments for product bring-up and development.

• You must have an established background in delivering consumer-facing solutions, strong technical skills, data driven mentality, excellent project management skills, extraordinary social skills, and a motivation to achieve results in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to work concurrently with multiple groups and projects in the organization.

• Good attention to detail, as well as strong partnership and communications.

• The ability to travel locally, nationally & internationally up to 20%.

• Consistent record to communicate efficiently with internal customers at both engineering and executive levels.

• Familiarity with NVIDIA's product ecosystems.

The base salary range is 124,000 USD - 247,250 USD.
