Job Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies for our diverse portfolio of brands.

Oversee content creation, scheduling, and community engagement across all platforms.

Analyze social media metrics, identify trends, and optimize campaigns for maximum impact.

Collaborate with marketing, sales, and content teams to achieve business goals.

Lead and mentor a team of social media professionals.

Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and tools.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in social media management, ideally in a multi-brand or agency environment.

A strong understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.

Excellent copywriting and content creation skills (video and photo editing proficiency is a plus).

Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, SproutSocial, Later).

A data-driven approach to decision-making and a creative eye for content.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Location and Logistics

This is a full-time position based at our office in Tangnan, Panglao. We are seeking Filipinos living in Panglao, Tagbilaran, or willing to relocate. Remote work is not currently an option for this role.
