Litigation Attorney-General Liability

Job Title : Litigation Attorney - General Liability / Toxic Torts / Product Liability

Location : Must be based out of on the following offices :

• Livingston, NJ (NJ license required)
• Buffalo, NY (NY license required)
• Syracuse, NY (NY license required)

Salary : $130k-$180k / yr DOE

Experience : At least 3-5 yrs of experience in General Liability, Product Liability, or Toxic Torts.

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Litigation Attorney specializing in General Liability to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload involving general liability claims, product liability, and toxic tort litigation. The attorney will represent clients in court, advise on legal rights, and develop strategies to achieve favorable outcomes.
