Job Description

Formulate Plastics Compounds. Develop Solutions for Customer's Projects. The preferred candidate will be expected to transition into the Technical Director's duties within One Year.

Evaluate new raw materials. Plastics Laboratory Testing and evaluation of results. Coordinate with Sales and Production to achieve solutions for customer issues. Requires good verbal and written reporting skills. Mentors and trains Technicians.

This job is in a manufacturing facility in Baltic, OH. Relocation assistance available for the right candidate.
