We are looking for an experienced Controller to oversee financial operations and ensure the accuracy of documentation and reporting processes. This role requires a meticulous individual with strong organizational skills and expertise in financial management. The Controller will play a critical role in maintaining compliance with company standards and supporting the overall financial health of the organization.

Responsibilities :

• Manage and oversee the preparation, scanning, and organization of company documents to ensure efficient record-keeping.
• Implement and maintain document control processes to guarantee accuracy and accessibility of records.
• Utilize Sage 100 and Microsoft Excel to create detailed financial reports and projections.
• Conduct budgeting and forecasting to support strategic decision-making and long-term planning.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external financial regulations and standards.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with various departments to compile and review financial data.
• Develop and maintain effective financial policies and procedures.
• Provide leadership in identifying and mitigating financial risks.
• Train and guide team members on document control and financial management best practices.
• Proven experience in a Controller or similar financial management role.
• Proficiency with Sage 100 and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong knowledge of document control and scanning processes.
• Expertise in financial forecasting, budgeting, and analysis.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Solid understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
