We are hiring an experienced Controller to join our team. While utilizing hands-on accounting experience and a comprehensive understanding of accounting principles and company practices, the Controller will perform complex accounting activities and financial analysis.

Responsibilities and duties include working as a strategic partner to leadership, responsible for budget management, capital expenditures, financial analysis, and financial reporting. The Controller will also support and guide business unit financial decisions by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies, procedures, and internal controls.

Qualifications and skills include a minimum of a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, 2+ years of prior experience as an accounting manager or controller, and a minimum of 5 years of accounting or finance experience. Experience working with / in manufacturing or distribution companies is strongly preferred, as well as prior experience working within a publicly traded company and using ERP systems. Familiarity with financial automation software and business intelligence tools such as PowerBI or BlackLine is also desired.
