Registered Nurse - Dialysis @ Flagstaff Medical Center

Shift : Day 3x12-Hour (07 : 00 - 19 : 00)

Job Requirements

Arizona RN License or compact license required

Cert : BLS and ACLS required

Minimum 2year of experince with Inpatient dialysis experience required. Acute Care hemodialysis experience required.

Weekend REQ : Every other weekend

On-Call REQ : Yes,2 days per week

Special Requirements :

• Inpatient dialysis experience required
• Aqua caddy RO
• Fresenius T-Bluestar
