We also offer a Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient Treatment Program to ensure the continuum of care for our patients. This opportunity is for a full time Adult Inpatient Licensed Therapist.

Job Duties :

• Interviews patients and develops the psychosocial history within established timeline. Assesses the therapeutic needs of the individual and family. Developes appropriate treatment objectives and treatment summaries.
• Acts as the patient and family primary contact during the patient's stay at the facility, as well as their advocate with the treatment team.
• Conducts psychoeducational therapy groups and is the primary individual responsible for discharge planning activities.
