HVAC Service Technician / Installer (Tri-State : IN, OH, KY)

Home Heating and Air Conditioning

Location : Servicing The Tri-State Area — primarily serving Southeastern Indiana, Greater Cincinnati, and Northern Kentucky

Employment Type : Full-Time

Compensation : Competitive hourly rate + performance bonuses + benefits (DOE)

Position Overview

We’re looking for skilled, motivated, and professional HVAC Technicians and Installers who take pride in their work and understand the importance of customer trust. This position will work across the tri-state region performing residential and light commercial heating and cooling service, maintenance, and installation.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service, repair, and install HVAC systems (gas, electric, heat pumps, mini-splits, etc.)
• Perform routine maintenance and system checks
• Complete work orders, documentation, and customer service interactions with professionalism
• Ensure compliance with EPA and state licensing requirements
• Maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment in safe working order
• Collaborate with dispatch and operations to meet service timelines
• Educate customers on system performance, efficiency, and options
• Uphold company standards of quality, communication, and integrity

Requirements

Kentucky : Journeyman or Master HVAC license preferred
