Job Description

Responsibilities

The Casino Host is responsible for generating customer awareness of the Wild Card Rewards program and upcoming special events and promotions. This will be achieved through interactions with players on the casino floor, at special events and promotions; as well as through phone and email contact methods.

• Oversees, solicits, and identifies new gaming customers for the Players Club Program
• Demonstrates exceptional guest courtesy to both internal and external customers with every interaction
• Provides timely and accurate enrollment into the Seminole Players Club program both at the PC desk and on the floor
• Assists guests with promotional offers as received via direct mail or other advertising
• Ensure all policies and procedures are followed with all required paperwork completed and filed accurately
• Handle crowd control effectively with consideration for our guests
• Announce drawings, events and special promotions on the public address system
