Meeting Experience Attendant
Arch Amenities Group is a company that specializes in premium meeting, event, reception and banquet execution. We're currently looking for a Meeting Experience Attendant, who will be working with multiple properties across NYC to organize and execute beautiful corporate functions across New York City.

Responsibilities :
Greet and welcome guestsResponsible for the set-up buffet-chafing dishes, serve ware and signageRespond promptly to requests from customers in a polite and professional fashionReplenish F&B as neededAssist client with all audiovisual tech needs-connect laptop to flat panel monitors, manage microphones and audio levels and video conferencing set upMaintain cleanliness and organization of the propertyRefresh meeting rooms as neededClean dishes, flatware & glassware in dishwasherRestock meeting / inventory suppliesComply with all health, safety and hygiene standards and policiesClean and reset meeting rooms for following day events / meetings according to client specificationsAbility to move tables, chairs and furniture and lift up to 30 poundsSkills and Experience :
High School Diploma preferredMinimum age requirement of 21 yearsWorking knowledge of kitchen equipmentAble to work flexible schedulesAble to work in a standing position for long periodsBe able to reach and bend and frequently lift up to 30 poundsAdditional duties as required by managementKey Competencies :
