Job description

Position is full time and grant funded for 5 years

Responsibilities

  • Oversight for adoption and sustained integration of the nursing care delivery model and interdisciplinary model of care.
  • Oversight of the development, implementation, and sustained integration of a shared governance model.
  • Oversees data & NDQI reporting, data analysis & interpretation, and dissemination.
  • Ensures that nursing practice is evidence-based.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Unencumbered NYS Registered Nurse License
  • MSN Required
  • Management experience : 3-5 years
  • Shared Governance experience
  • Experience with Magnet or Pathway to Excellence
  • Professional certification in a related specialty or willingness to obtain within 3 years of hire.
