The WW Apple Retail Engagement, Marketing & Merchandising (REMM) team defines, makes and delivers programs, campaigns, initiatives and experiences that help Apple Retail's customers and teams discover, be inspired by, learn about and go further with Apple's products and services, and does so in a manner that is true to our values. In this role, you will lead the development of commercially focused internal engagement strategies for the AMR region that inform, involve and inspire our Retail field teams to deliver excellent experiences for our customers, and results for Apple. The ideal candidate is someone who has a passion for building strategies, connecting with people, telling stories and driving impact.

As an Internal Engagement Strategist for Commercial Programs, you are responsible for developing compelling internal engagement plans that drive customer experience and business growth goals.

Minimum Qualifications :

• 8-10+ years developing and presenting communication and learning plans focused on marketing, product launch, and employee program strategies within an advertising agency, marketing organization, or PR environment.
• Proven track record navigating a large cross-functional organization, balancing stakeholders and priorities.
• Proven track record of handling complex / multi-faceted global projects.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
