Key Responsibilities :
- Transform raw data into meaningful information to support strategic business decisions.
- Acquire data from various sources, perform data validation, and maintain organized and error-free databases.
- Develop routine and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using specialized reporting tools.
- Analyze data policies, procedures, and system impacts to support program and operational improvements.
- Develop data models, define data requirements, and document metadata and supporting structures.
- Collaborate with staff and stakeholders on data initiatives, project planning, and analytical support.
- Identify data trends, correlations, and performance metrics to support operational efficiencies and benchmarking.
- Participate in or lead special projects assigned by agency leadership.
Required Experience :
8 years of experience researching, gathering, assembling, correlating, and analyzing facts; devising solutions to problems; preparing concise reports; and prioritizing complex information and issues.8 years of experience transforming data into actionable information for business decision-making and developing reports that identify gaps in technology and operational effectiveness for executive stakeholders.8 years of experience developing or contributing to as-is and to-be data models to identify opportunities for improved operational efficiency.8 years of experience mapping data processes, identifying improvements, establishing benchmarks, and developing frameworks for trend analysis and performance measurement.8 years of experience analyzing data policies and procedures to evaluate their impact on automated systems and functional areas.8 years of experience acquiring data from various sources, creating regular reports, performing deep trend analysis, and developing metadata, tables, and user interfaces for business reporting.8 years of experience using creativity and specialty reporting tools to define and develop data reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.About Seneca Resources
