How You Will Contribute

• Oversees daily operations of the Imaging Department, ensuring efficient workflow and optimal patient care
• Supervises and supports imaging technologists, fostering a collaborative and accountable team culture
• Performs CT and X-ray exams as needed, maintaining clinical competency and supporting departmental coverage
• Ensures compliance with all regulatory, accreditation, and safety standards
• Manages scheduling, staffing, and performance evaluations
• Collaborates with radiologists, physicians, and other departments to ensure seamless imaging services
• Monitors equipment functionality and coordinates preventative maintenance and service calls
• Leads quality improvement initiatives and participates in departmental planning and budgeting
