The Chicagoland suburbs KidStrong locations are rapidly growing and we are looking for talented, enthusiastic professionals who want a career in building better kiddos and are excited to be part of a young, fast moving company.

We be opening 20 KidStrong centers in the next few years and we are looking for individuals to help build and guide those to success.

This isn't a nine to five, Monday through Friday job? Not a chance. This is a great opportunity where you work full time schedule with a balancing the success in center and your homework.

Someone with a solid understanding of sales and operational excellence who, in combination with the Head Coach, will use our lead generation / marketing strategies plan to increase sales as well as engage in customer relations with members and parents.

A leader with a positive attitude who is ready to utilize a thoughtful approach to all aspects of the organization while taking great satisfaction in meeting and beating goals, with a Win the Day philosophy.

Someone with experience with kids, who leads from the front, getting on the mat and teaching 3-5 classes per week.

Center Director Responsibilities : Provide excellent leadership and management to create a positive, energetic, successful environment for coaches and members.

Properly manage and exceed all KidStrong sales and operational budgets. Work closely with the Assistant of the Center to ensure that the staff and studio are looked after.

Build and maintain KidStrong class size through scheduling optimization. Model all center activity through self-involvement (leading by example).

Open and effective communication with staff (feedback, center needs, trials, all relevant member related information, etc).

Enforces KidStrong corporate policies, business practices, systems and processes. Ensures that all front desk systems are followed such as proper Member Check-In, telephone inquiries (general and sales related), guest registration, cash handling, delinquent account procedures, customer care calls, and change requests.

Provides and maintains the highest level of customer service. Provides effective decision making regarding customer service issues.

Responsible for ensuring that the facility is clean with a roll up the sleeves mentality, including the ability to lift weight plates and fitness equipment, maintained and operationally sound and developing his / her coaching team in addition to coaching the required amount of classes.

Help recruit, hire, and train new coaches and ensure all center processes and programming are followed and executed properly.

Knowledgeably and enthusiastically deliver pre designed workouts to parents and students (15 students per class) ages walking 11 years old, energize and motivate members throughout the classes.

Be promotionally-oriented and have the ability to schedule trials through a company required vetting process. We are looking for : 1-3+ years of management / customer service / sales experience, including overseeing all aspects of company management.

Experience with children and / or fitness industry strongly preferred. Associate or Bachelors degree in business, education, or related field would be a plus understanding all performance metrics of revenue, inventory, payroll, cost controls and facility maintenance.

The ability to multi-task, manage member and staff concerns. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong work ethic, integrity, and professional demeanor.

Practical work experience using Microsoft Office Products Ability to run productive individual and team meetings

Certifications Required : this can be obtained post-hire, and must be kept current CPR certified First Aid certified Epi Pen certified

Physical Demands : Our staff is asked to work out with the kids, know the proper form and corrections, and actively run the activities.

Benefits / Pay : This full-time positions offers a base pay, bonus, commissions, paid time off health benefits and paid sick leave as well as continuing education in leadership development. Range $40- $60K per year
