At Soccer Stars Contra Costa , we believe that every child is an athlete. We are looking to hire an energetic and fun-loving Soccer Coach who will lead our children in fun, educational soccer activities while ensuring safety for all.
Our ideal candidate has prior experience working with children (as a sports coach, teacher, nanny, camper or leader). This position is excellent for someone who has an interest in pursuing early childhood education, or child development.
New Coaches can work 5-15 classes a week and can earn from $20per hr up to $45per hr.

- Our Coaches use positive reinforcement to encourage children to do better and celebrate success
- And finally, our coaches have a blast. They are open-minded, and know that coaching is a continuous journey. All Coaches are open to feedback and strive to be better by attending regular trainings and following the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual

Requirements
What we expect from you
- An upbeat, fun attitude
- An enjoyment for playing soccer is a plus!
- Any previous experience coaching, teaching or leading kids activities - and the passion for doing it even more!
- A feeling that you can make a real impact on your community by working with kids
- Availability to work on Saturday and Sunday mornings, and any additional availability to coach classes on weekdays, too
