At B&G Manufacturing Co., Inc., a third‑generation family business, we are expanding and looking for a Multi‑Axis CAM Programmer who can take a print and deliver a first‑article program that runs clean and repeatable.

What you’ll impact

• End‑to‑end programming for CNC lathes and mills, from blueprint to first article.
• Production continuity by partnering with Leads, setup personnel, and shop supervisors to reduce downtime.
• Operator capability through training on setups, edits, and machining methods.
• Quality and correctness by reviewing drawings and coordinating with engineering to resolve print issues.
• Process performance via materials / tooling selection, insert grade choices, and optimized strategies.
• Throughput and planning with time studies and CAM‑based cycle time estimates.
• Shop culture by setting a professional example and advocating for precision.
