Service Design and Engineering Director

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Service Design and Engineering Director to join our team in Annapolis Junction, MD.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Directs and leads a premiere organization of SMEs providing expert support to Field Service Operations charged with delivery of services in the customer's extended enterprise within a strict SLA environment (Teams : Desktop Engineering, Networks, Cable, Unified Communications, Solution Architecture and Project Management)
• Collaborate with fellow Frame Leads to design, maintain and / or improve supported services
• Will oversee the production of Technical Insertion submission, SOWs and resource requirement documents for SME-level support as needed
• Oversees selection and testing of hardware for new requirements and replacement of EOL hardware, and associated software as required
• Participate in Opportunity for Improvement efforts to improve services
• Conduct or direct interviews to maintain sufficient staffing levels
• Support refresh, Walkout, CSIR, engineering support / field testing, enterprise SLA support and other duties as assigned
• May have the opportunity to travel as required to meet program objectives
