IMC Construction Group is a leading mechanical, electrical, and plumbing contractor recognized for delivering high-quality results on complex government projects. We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Foreman or dependable Journeyman Plumber for a 4-month assignment at the U.S. Coast Guard Station in Panama City Beach, FL. This temporary position will focus on successfully closing out the remaining phases of the project. While the role is project-specific, there is potential for transition into full-time employment upon completion, leading future projects within our organization.

Role Overview :

The Plumbing Foreman / Journeyman is responsible for the installation and completion of plumbing systems on the project, ensuring all work meets project specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead or support plumbing teams in accordance with project plans and specifications.
• Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades to resolve field issues.
• Ensure all installations comply with federal, state, and local codes, with particular attention to federal compliance standards.
• Support project close-out activities, including inspections, testing, and punch-list completion.
• Promote and enforce a strong culture of safety in alignment with company and federal guidelines.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to on-site team members.
