Key Responsibilities

Fund cleared correspondent loans ready for purchase

Collaborate with internal teams and third parties to fund compliant saleable loans

Review pay history and loan documentation to compute Purchase Advice and wires for Correspondent Channel

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Preferred experience in a related field

Understanding of loan documentation and funding processes

Ability to track and manage loan pipelines

Familiarity with wire transfer processes and compliance requirements
