YOUR ROLE AS A CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE :

Your day is filled with meaningful interactions as you answer calls, emails, and chats, delivering timely and accurate information. You process delivery and service sales, maintain records carefully, and ensure customer accounts remain up-to-date and confidential. When challenges arise, you calmly resolve concerns or escalate them appropriately, always focused on improving the customer experience. Beyond this, you collaborate closely with your team and handle accounts payable invoices, blending both service-oriented and clerical responsibilities into your routine.

ARE YOU THE CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency with computers and O365 programs
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help people
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Previous customer service experience is preferred
• Associate's or bachelor's degrees are a plus
