Location : Cambridge, MA

About the Job : Sanofi Oncology is pioneering the future of precision cancer care with the launch of a novel radioligand therapy (RLT) for gastro-entero-pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors (GEP-NETs). To ensure the safe, timely, and seamless delivery of this time-sensitive therapy, we are seeking a US / Global Director, Radioligand Therapy (RLT) Delivery & Customer Services. This strategic leader will be responsible for designing and executing a just-in-time (JIT) delivery model that ensures patients receive treatment at the right place, at the right time, and with the highest standards of quality and care. With an initial focus on the US, this role will be instrumental in developing and orchestrating a best-in-class RLT program for delivery and service excellence to healthcare providers and treatment centers. The position requires close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including Orano Med's manufacturing and supply teams (notably Alpha Therapy Laboratories), Sanofi Manufacturing & Supply experts, Patient Support Services, Medical and Commercial teams, as well as key RLT treatment centers across the US and globally. This role reports directly to the General Manager, US and Global Brand Lead, Oncology Radioligands, and will play a critical role in establishing Sanofi as a leader in the specialized field of radioligand therapy.

We are an innovative global healthcare company, committed to transforming the lives of people with immune challenges, rare diseases and blood disorders, cancers, and neurological disorders. From R&D to sales, our talented teams work together, revolutionizing treatment, continually improving products, understanding unmet needs, and connecting communities. We chase the miracles of science every single day, pursuing progress to make a real impact on millions of patients around the world.

Main Responsibilities :

Design and implement a state-of-the-art, compliant, agile, and scalable Just-In-Time (JIT) delivery model tailored to radioligand therapy.

Ensure real-time communication and issue resolution across the delivery chain.

Orchestrate end-to-end stakeholder collaboration across the RLT delivery ecosystem, ensuring integrated processes, clear communication, and optimal resource use while upholding high service standards and transparency.

Treatment Center Enablement

Partner with nuclear medicine centers to assess readiness and implement delivery protocols.

Lead onboarding and training for site staff on handling, scheduling, and patient coordination.

Integrated Scheduling & Orchestration

Develop a centralized scheduling system to align production, shipment, and patient appointments.

Ensure seamless coordination across all stakeholders.

Work closely with Orano Med's manufacturing and distribution teams to align production schedules, logistics, and site delivery requirements.

Performance Monitoring & Optimization

Define and track KPIs (e.g., production-to-injection time, delivery accuracy).

Use data analytics to identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Serve as the strategic interface between Sanofi's internal teams (Manufacturing, Commercial, Medical, Regulatory) and external partners (notably Orano Med and logistics providers).

Lead governance forums to align priorities and resolve operational challenges.

Regulatory & Quality Compliance

Ensure all delivery processes meet regulatory standards for radiopharmaceuticals across regions.

Partner with Quality and Regulatory Affairs to maintain audit readiness and ensure patient safety.

Innovation & Global Scalability

Drive innovation in delivery models and prepare for global expansion (EU, Japan, China).

Continuously evaluate global best practices in isotope distribution and delivery.

Customer and Patient-Centric Service Excellence

Embed a service mindset across the delivery chain to ensure a seamless experience for healthcare providers and patients.

Establish risk analysis and rapid-response protocols for delivery issues and rescheduling.

About You

Key Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in business, science, engineering, or a related discipline required. An advanced degree (MBA, MS), particularly in healthcare operations or supply chain management, is strongly preferred.

810 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations, manufacturing, supply chain, distribution, or commercial functions.

Proven success in launching or managing site-of-care administered therapies, especially those involving time-sensitive logistics or specialized handling (e.g., radiopharmaceuticals, nuclear medicine, oncology).

Demonstrated experience working with external manufacturing and distribution partners, including joint ventures or co-development models.

Strategic & Operational Excellence :

Strong strategic agility and ability to design, implement, and optimize complex delivery systems in high-stakes, regulated environments.

Experience developing and leading cross-functional processes and models that enhance treatment workflows and patient care.

Familiarity with regulatory and quality standards applicable to radiopharmaceuticals and nuclear medicine.

Leadership & Innovation :

A well-rounded, innovative leader with a track record of driving transformational change while maintaining operational excellence.

Skilled in aligning plans, people, and processes across multidisciplinary teams in complex healthcare ecosystems.

Strong conceptual and critical thinking skills, with a commitment to continuous improvement and service excellence.

Communication & Collaboration :

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across internal teams and external partners.

Customer-facing experience in oncology or specialty therapeutics, with a strong focus on patient-centric service delivery.

Why Choose Us?

Bring the miracles of science to life alongside a supportive, future-focused team.

Discover endless opportunities to grow your talent and drive your career, whether it's through a promotion or lateral move, at home or internationally.

Enjoy a thoughtful, well-crafted rewards package that recognizes your contribution and amplifies your impact.

Take good care of yourself and your family, with a wide range of health and wellbeing benefits including high-quality healthcare, prevention and wellness programs and at least 14 weeks' gender-neutral parental leave.
