Job Description
Key Responsibilities :
- Work closely with program users to capture, troubleshoot, and resolve issues while ensuring timely follow-up and closure.
- Conduct and document Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Identify required updates and enhancements; collaborate with the Project Management team across all project phases (minor and major enhancements) and provide input on product design, features, and user experience.
- Serve as a liaison between program staff, development teams, DBAs, network and security teams, vendors, and consultants to ensure clear communication and smooth collaboration.
- Conduct meetings with impacted teams for issue resolution and enhancement updates.
- Track progress of minor enhancements using the Project Tracker (Salesforce application).
- Gather and document business requirements and workflows from users.
- Create and update system topologies for primary and integrated applications.
- Present system topologies to the Architecture Review Board (ARB) for approval and feedback.
- Investigate, prioritize, and follow up on application bugs, issues, and enhancements.
- Work with vendors and technology partners to complete Cloud Service Agreements (CSA) and required IT / program documentation.
- Collaborate with IT Security teams to complete Software Security Assurance Process (SSAP), application scans (e.g., Rapid7), HIPAA-related scans, and resolve identified vulnerabilities.
- Assist users with creating and updating test scripts / test plans; support user acceptance testing (UAT) when needed.
- Coordinate testing activities and ensure timely deployment of changes.
- Support system deployments, upgrades, QA, UAT, and post-production activities.
- Assist with application usage, configuration, and administrative tasks.
- Troubleshoot issues and perform system maintenance as required.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.6+ years of experience supporting IT applications.Strong collaboration and coordination skills.Ability to troubleshoot issues within a multitier software application environment.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.Strong problem-solving and consensus-building abilities.Ability to resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.Ability to prioritize tasks and issues based on business needs.Familiarity with cloud-based applications.Proficiency in writing SQL queries using Microsoft SQL Server.Understanding of the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working with multiple stakeholders.Experience engaging with stakeholders at multiple levels.Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio, Project, and PowerPoint.Preferred Qualifications :
Knowledge of XML, JavaScript, HTML, .NET, and ASP.Strong analytical abilities with experience managing and presenting complex information.Experience with data collection, analysis, and interpretation.Interest in professional development, learning new skills, and working outside traditional comfort zones.Experience in the public health sector is a plus.For more details reach at resumes@navitassols.com.
