Responsibilities

  • Manage garage door installation and service projects from start to finish.
  • Oversee and schedule production teams, ensuring timely and high-quality job completion.
  • Conduct site visits and project inspections to maintain safety and quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Prepare estimates, quotes, and sales proposals for residential and commercial projects.
  • Assist with hiring, training, and mentoring field and production staff.
  • Monitor project budgets, materials, and inventory.
  • Promote company products and services to increase revenue and market presence.

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • Garage Door experience required
  • Not afraid of heights; comfortable working on ladders and lifts.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

    • Physical Demands

    The role of a Garage Door Installer requires physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy equipment, work in confined spaces, and in varying environmental conditions.
