Behavioral Technician (ABA) - Support Children in a School Setting

Job Title : Behavioral Technician

Location : El Monte, CA

Schedule : Monday-Friday during school hours - Flexible scheduling options available!

Pay Rate : $20-25 Depending on experience - Weekly pay!

Position Overview :

We are seeking a passionate and reliable Behavioral Technician to join our school-based team in El Monte. As a Behavioral Technician, you will work directly with children diagnosed with autism and other developmental disabilities, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide direct 1 : 1 ABA therapy in a school setting
• Implement behavior intervention plans as designed by supervising BCBAs
• Collect and record data on student progress
• Collaborate with school staff and families to support student success
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions

Minimum Requirements :

High school diploma or equivalent (required)

Experience working with children or individuals with special needs (preferred)

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (preferred but not required)

Ability to pass background check and TB screening

Must be at least 18 years of age

Reliable transportation to and from school sites
