Looner is looking for a driven and dynamic Field Marketing Manager to bring our brand to life in local markets. In this role, you’ll lead the planning and execution of pop-up tastings, community events, and creative brand activations that spark curiosity and build lasting connections.
You’ll recruit, train, and motivate a team of Field Marketing Associates to deliver high-energy, on-brand experiences that drive awareness and product trial. Working closely with our sales and marketing teams, you’ll manage event logistics, develop local partnerships, and set clear goals to ensure every activation leaves a strong impression.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives on creativity, collaboration, and building vibrant communities from the ground up.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, or a closely related field
Alternative Consideration :
Candidates without a bachelor’s degree may still be eligible if they have relevant work experience—including roles such as Field Marketing Representative, Brand Ambassador, or sales / communication -heavy internships. Work-based learning, certifications, or demonstrated campaign success can offset a traditional degree requirement
Compensation
Mid-career candidates : $70,000-$80,000
For individuals newer to the beverage or field marketing space who bring strong drive, creativity, and growth potential. You’ll receive hands-on mentorship and opportunities to develop into a leadership role as the brand scales.
Experienced candidates : $80,000-$110,000
For those with a proven track record in brand building, beverage marketing, or field team leadership. You’ll take on broader ownership—shaping market strategy, leading activations, and helping define our national playbook.
