The Privacy Counsel plays a key role in advancing Paylocity’s privacy program by identifying, assessing, and addressing privacy risks. This role partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders to promote consistent, effective data privacy practices that minimize risk and protect personal information. As a strategic advisor and hands-on contributor, the Privacy Counsel will provide thought leadership and practical guidance on a range of privacy matters, including contracting, regulatory compliance, privacy-by-design, data minimization, and information safeguarding. This position is a people leader role and is ideal for an attorney eager to shape and manage a best-in-class privacy program.

Position Overview

Systems Administrator are responsible for supporting all systems within Paylocity’s internal server environment.

They assist with installing and configuring software applications as well as executing regular upgrades and

maintenance. They monitor system performance and diagnose issues to help ensure the reliable operation and

high availability of business-critical systems. They also help resolve daily incidents and complete other tech related projects. They are looked upon as a resource for all areas of technology. As such, they act as an escalation

point for the End User Computing team.

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform routine engineering, operational work, oversee minor engineering and operational tasks.
• Work on clearly defined individual tasks within a project. Receive active help.
• Receive close guidance and technical mentorship to solve routine / low complexity problems.
• Engineer tasks within a story. Minor operational tasks with limited risk.
• Effectively deliver well-specified individual tasks.
• Create and maintain knowledge base with any changes\updates surfaced
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate with other business systems and applications
• Analyze call data, metrics, and trends to identify areas for improvement and optimize operations.
• Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to enhance systems efficiencies.
• On-Call for system downtime or failure \ Active Red-Alerts as they relate to the role
• Communicate effectively to deliver individual task status and updates

The pay range for this position is $69,000-$98,500 / yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual performance in addition to a full range of benefits outlined here. This information is provided per the relevant state and local pay transparency laws for the location in which this position will be performed. Base pay information is based on market location.
