Texas Coverage Attorney

Overview

We are working with a full-service law firm having an established national (thirty-three U.S. offices) and international (Canada, UK) presence in litigation, business, government relations, corporate, intellectual property, real estate, and labor & employment matters. The firm's client base includes global Fortune 500 companies, middle-market firms, promising startups, and high-profile individuals. The firm seeks two Texas Coverage Attorneys for its Global Insurance Department to work onsite in its Dallas office at salaries of $140,000 - $190,000, depending upon experience. Base pay range

$140,000.00 / yr - $190,000.00 / yr

Qualifications

• Ideal candidates will have at least four (4) years of significant experience with commercial litigation / catastrophic bodily injury defense claims and suits, as well as with first and third party insurance coverage and coverage litigation.
• Candidates who have taken depositions, attended court conferences, drafted and argued motions, and drafted coverage opinions and position statements are preferred.
• Strong research and writing skills are required.
• Texas Bar licensure is required.
