Communication and Marketing Officer (Finance)
Organizational Summary : The Muma College of Business hosts undergraduate, master's and doctoral programs for more than 8,700 students on all three USF campuses. The AACSB-accredited college is home to the Lynn Pippenger School of Accountancy, Kate Tiedemann School of Business and Finance, The Baldwin Group School of Risk Management and Insurance, School of Information Systems and Management, School of Marketing and Innovation, School of Hospitality and Tourism Management, as well as several centers, institutes and labs.
Position Summary : The Communications and Marketing Officer (Digital) plans, executes and evaluates cross media marketing and communications campaigns to recruit students for graduate, certificate, executive and other educational programs. Promoting events and building the reputation of the Muma College of Business. The digital marketing officer manages social and other advertising campaigns that integrate with marketing automation, web and email strategies to achieve college, center and program objectives and evaluate campaign effectiveness.
Minimum Qualifications : This position requires a bachelors degree in communication, marketing, public relations, technical writing, digital media, or related field, with two years of experience in related positions.
Preferred Qualifications : Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field with at least two years of significant experience working as a digital media buyer specializing in inbound marketing tactics. Google AdWords and Bing Ads Certifications and experience working with a marketing automation tool (such as HubSpot, Marketo, etc.) Strong advertising copywriting skills.
Special Skills : Ad copywriting skills, audience segmentation, digital production, marketing automation, media buying, search engine marketing and optimization, PPC advertising and social media advertising.
