The Role :

We’re looking for a hands-on, solution-driven Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance efforts of our mill machinery and mechanical equipment. In this role, you'll play a vital part in ensuring equipment runs safely and efficiently, minimizing downtime, and supporting farm success behind the scenes.

What a Day in the Life Looks Like :

Machinery Repair and Electrical Maintenance

• Perform emergency and routine repairs to maintain uptime
• Read and interpret electrical schematics to solve electrical issues
• Minor truck and trailer repairs as needed

Preventative Maintenance and Troubleshooting

Maintenance Logging

Schedule : Typical hours : Monday–Friday, 7 : 00 a.m. – 5 : 00 p.m.4 days at Sparta Mill & 1 day at Chippewa Falls Mill (must be flexible to go to Chippewa Falls for emergencies as needed)
