Job Summary

Responsible for overall Company compliance with applicable Federal and State health and safety laws, regulations, and codes. Responsible for managing and training Division safety managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, implement, and maintain Company Health and Safety Plans and safety policies and procedures.
• Plan and implement health and safety programs at National level for field construction teams for site safety practices and hazard identification and reduction.
• Conduct health and safety inspections and compliance audits.
• Manage and verify Company internal and third-party inspections on Company or third-party platform to detect existing or potential accident and health hazards. Determine appropriate corrective or preventative measures where indicated and follow up to ensure measures have been implemented.
• Manages Company outreach and interface with applicable Federal and State health and safety agencies, and with applicable home building associations.
• Screens vendors' qualifications and Accident Prevention Programs. Lead accident and injury investigations and prepare relevant material and evidence for use in potential hearings or proceedings.
• Complies and submits accident reports required by regulatory agencies to the Company Risk Management and SHRH representative.
• Must be wailing to travel to all markets.
• Provide 10-hour OSHA training and other health and safety training in person and online.
