Business Development

• Plan room reviews / project identification and tracking
• Employee relationships / contacts with owners & GC's
• Other subcontractor contacts
• Vendor / Supplier contacts
• Selective sponsorship / advertising

Change Order Process

• Review plans & specs to identify project takeoff requirements
• Highlight all company related items for checkoff
• Identify plan sheets to upload into On Screen Takeoff (OST)
• Create OST project
• Perform takeoff complete - organized by company structure
• Create takeoff summary spreadsheet
• Copy & paste takeoff from OST
• Create blank estimate / save as from previous estimate and zero out or use template
• Review estimate items to identify needed activities and / or create new activities if necessary
• Filter estimate to view required activities only
• Input takeoff quantities onto estimate
• Make 1st pass at productions & material pricing. Material pricing to be verified in red.
• Review estimates with field input.
• Finalize productions and material pricing.
• Obtain contract / begin project startup procedures.

Project Startup

• Contract terms negotiated and executed
• Job number assigned.
• Insurance certificates issues
• Contract Estimate & Cost Coded Budget Upload
• POA's / SCA's issued
• SOV / Pay App setup
• Special requirements - state issues, tax exempt, Davis-Bacon, etc.
• Safety precon review
• Field file setup / handoff
• Set up E-Sub project

Field Coordination

• Construction document control
• Submittals
• Contact List
• Material Buyout Sheet
• Pour Plans / Takeoff info
• Schedule & manpower management
• RFI's
• QAQC
• Pre-Pour Meetings
• Correspondence management
• Contract notification requirements

Budget Management

• Change Management
• Monthly Pay Apps / actual work in place verification
• Monthly cost projections / forecasts
• Review labor hours & as-built production with field
• Payment Collections
