What You'll Do

• Explore and develop new approaches and processes to increase quality and productivity in the machine shop
• Program the computer controlled machine shop equipment including but not limited to CNC mills and CNC lathes using Mastercam CAD / CAM software
• Determine routings based on engineering drawings and specifications. Evaluate engineering drawings with VISI, Inventor, Pro E and other engineering software
• Recommend continuous improvement ideas and assist in implementation

Pay Range

$78,600 - $98,200 per year. This position is eligible for a bonus incentive plan, based on company and / or individual performance.
