Build, Repair, and Elevate Hydraulic Systems
We’re looking for a Hydraulics CNC Programmer–Machinist who owns the full cycle : service, repair, recondition, and assembly of customer and company cylinders—plus top-tier machining, documentation, and customer care. You’ll run shop equipment for quality and throughput, sell parts / labor / service on every job, and model a culture of integrity, collaboration, and accountability.
What You’ll Do
- Machine new parts from raw materials and update existing components per Service Manager direction.
- Identify faults, scope repairs, and complete required inspections.
- Program, set up, and operate CNC mills / lathes; switch to manual machining when it’s the smarter path.
- Record work clearly; keep your area clean; follow safe work habits at all times.
- Flag shortages and malfunctions; review work orders for material availability; request expedited parts when needed.
- Suggest added repairs that improve reliability; communicate professionally and thank every customer.
- Maintain a professional appearance; stay sharp by reviewing bulletins, catalogs, and parts books.
- Attend company meetings and customer events; help keep the building and lot neat, safe, and orderly.
- Uphold shop professionalism : do not second‑guess peers’ work and do not place blame on the company, manufacturers, or other technicians.
- Eliminate repeat issues by addressing root causes; control costs while maximizing quality output.
- Represent Certified Power as a professional Service Technician; provide your own organized hand-tool set.
- Cross-train as needed to cover other departments.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED.2‑year fluid power degree or equivalent experience.Forklift operation capability and certification; must be 18+ years old.Core Skills

Work Schedule & Environment
