Job descriptionAssess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in accordance with nursing standards. Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed. Monitor patient conditions and document changes in patient status accurately. Educate patients and their families on health conditions and care plans. Collaborate with physicians, other nurses, and healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies. Respond effectively to emergencies and provide necessary interventions. Valid RN license in the state of Maryland. Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience . Current BLS / CPR certification . Strong clinical, critical thinking, and communication skills. Ability to work flexible PRN hours including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
