Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and optimize onboarding experiences for new hires
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process
Own the offboarding process and manage exit procedures in partnership with relevant teams
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR program management or related roles
Proven ability to influence and work effectively with leadership teams
Expertise in HR policy creation and implementation within a corporate environment
Strong project management and leadership skills
