JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Responsibilities

  • Plan and organize training programs and workshops.
  • Develop curriculum and learning materials for various courses.
  • Facilitate training sessions and deliver engaging presentations.
  • Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Provide guidance and support to participants during training.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of content.
  • Maintain training records and participant feedback.

Critical Skills & Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, or related field.
  • Proven experience in curriculum development and training delivery.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to engage and connect with diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in instructional design and adult learning principles.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of training evaluation methods.
