Building Attendant II (Custodian) - Weekend Day

Job Title

Unlock and lock exterior doors and classrooms according to schedule and with a high level of accuracy. Abide by key control and alarm procedures. Driving University owned vehicles to job sites will be required for this and most other functions. Perform general cleaning in all university facilities according to schedule and using safe and prescribed procedures. Service and restock restrooms. Respond to custodial requests and emergencies. Fill in as required for other crew members. Communicate effectively with clients on cleaning issues. Use two-way radios. Use custodial equipment to include back pack vacuum and wet dry vacuum. Perform set ups for special events. Pick up linens after events. Provide emergency response and clean up for floods and other custodial emergencies. Other duties as assigned.
