- Outpatient primary care clinic
- 3 departed providers in the practice and new provider not starting until September
- Need clinic coverage to assist in seeing patients until new providers start
- Hours : M-F 40 hour work week 4- 8 hours days, 1- 4 hour day
- No call expected
- Patients per day : 18-20
- Support staff : One nurse / 2 front desk / in the process of hiring a MA
- Ages and Types of patients : Adults age 18 and up. Wide range of comorbidities DM / HTN / CHF illness / injury etc
- Appointment Types : Chronic and acute follow ups, physicals, TOCs, Pre ops
- Appointments range in length 15 / 30 minute appointment types., occasional 45 minutes
