Role Description

This is a full-time, Head of Engineering role based in the U.S.A. (Greater Boston preferred). The Head of Engineering will oversee the engineering team, provide leadership for technical strategy and execution, and manage development timelines. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading and mentoring engineering teams, managing large-scale projects, driving software development initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional departments to meet business objectives. The role will play a key part in maintaining high-quality standards and delivering innovative solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Team Management, Team Leadership, and fostering collaborative team environments
• Strong background in Engineering Management and AI / ML for large-scale technical initiatives
• Solid foundation in Software Development with proficiency in modern programming languages and frameworks
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
• Experience in SaaS-based solutions or similar industries is a plus
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment
