This is a Stager Level 1 position which may, after an apprentice/training period, move into a Lead Stager position. A Stager Level 1 will work closely with Lead Stagers to complete staging projects. Lead Stagers possess the design talent and skills as well as the leadership qualities needed to lead staging projects from start to finish of their own and manage the crew of team members that assist on each job. This is a fun job and it is a fun team to work with! That said, it also involves times of high stress, physical demands, and the need for intense problem-solving. This is a unique job and will take the right person with the right combination of skills and lifestyle to fill it. There are high demands placed on the team in regard to the creative and physical output required for every project. Our work day generally runs from 8:30 AM to 5 PM with half an hour for lunch, though many days are shorter and occasionally some run longer. There are times when you may need to use your vehicle to transport items. You must have reliable transportation. Lead Stagers may also be required to occasionally shop locally and to use their vehicle to transport the loot.
