Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, the VP of Product of Engineering (Custom .NET) is responsible for overseeing teams of software platforms and providing leadership, vision, product strategy / roadmap and direction for the platform engineering organization. This position is responsible for recruiting, developing and retaining talent, as well as ensuring the staff has the skills and capabilities to meet business needs. They oversee the implementation of platform engineering initiatives and are responsible for championing best practices and ensuring initiatives achieve business outcomes. This individual should be a demonstrated leader with the ability to assimilate multiple concurrent projects and prioritize key initiatives that align with C-Suite strategic goals.
