Area Inside Sales Representative
Insight Global is working with a construction client to identify an Area Inside Sales Representative to join their team in a permanent position local to Menomonee Falls, WI. In this role, the Sales Representative will be responsible for driving revenue, building customer relationships, and growing the local client base. Key responsibilities include : identifying business opportunities through market research, generating revenue via sales and rentals of products and services, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, managing projects and acting as liaison between the client and customers, developing and executing a personal sales strategy, managing pipeline and forecasting revenue using MAS software, using a consultative approach to deliver value throughout the sales cycle, achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, and staying current on scaffolding products and applications. This role offers a base salary of $65-85k + uncapped commission. The candidate will be eligible for medical, dental, vision, and supplemental options; 401(k) with match; paid holidays, sick leave, and PTO; and a company vehicle, fuel, and cell phone. Any candidate in consideration will need to be able to pass a Motor Vehicle Report, a Criminal Background Check, and all other onboarding requirements.
