Job Description :

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Warehouse Manager. The person in This position plays a crucial role in overseeing shipping and receiving operations, managing project shipment scheduling, processing returns and warranties, maintaining warehouse organization, and proficiently utilizing computer-based operating system.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage daily shipping and receiving operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in handling incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Coordinate project shipment scheduling, working closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Process returns and warranties efficiently, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams as necessary.
  • Work with customers directly for scheduling shipment or pick-up of sold goods.
  • Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness to optimize space utilization and workflow.
  • Utilize computer-based systems, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Prophet 21 for inventory management, order processing, communication, and data entry.
  • Demonstrate a general familiarity with computer technology, troubleshooting basic issues independently, and escalating complex technical concerns as needed.
  • Assist in training and supervising warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and operational procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to fulfill customer orders and address any logistical challenges.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in conducting regular inventory counts to reconcile discrepancies and maintain necessary stock levels of commodity items.
  • Proactively identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Requirements :

  • Significant previous experience in warehouse operations or logistics management required preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Proficiency in using computer-based systems, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and our Company Operating System for inventory management and order processing.
  • General familiarity with computer technology and the ability to troubleshoot basic issues independently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with internal teams and external partners.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and precision in handling shipments and data entry.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to take on new challenges.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in logistics or supply chain management is advantageous.
