Account Executive – Based in Miami-Dade

CampusReel is hiring a full-time Account Executive to drive new business for our fast-growing virtual tour solutions. This role is Miami-based and ideal for someone who wants to hustle, win, and grow with a high-performing team.

CampusReel helps schools bring their campuses to life with immersive 360°ree; virtual tours, interactive experiences, and student content. Our clients include colleges, boarding schools, charter schools, and more. We’re growing quickly—and we need hungry sales talent to help fuel it.

What You'll Be Doing

Making 75–100 cold calls per day to schools across the U.S.

Setting meetings, running discovery calls, and nurturing relationships.

Managing your own pipeline from outreach to close.

Learning to sell software to stakeholders like admissions, marketing, and operations.

Hitting your number and helping us grow the customer base—fast.

Compensation & Perks

Base salary : $45,000–$55,000 (DOE)

Uncapped commission : realistic OTE $90,000–$120,000+ in year one

What We’re Looking For

You’re based in south Florida and can work from our Miami office or a hybrid model.

You’ve got sales DNA —you love talking to people, you’re persistent, and you want to win.

You see challenges as opportunities - you aren't afraid to put yourself out there.

You’re energized by rejection (seriously).

Experience in cold calling, inside sales, or outreach-heavy roles is a major plus.

You’re organized, motivated, and coachable.

You want to grow fast and earn even faster. Your default mode is to sprint.
