HR Payroll Assistant
The HR Payroll Assistant is responsible for comprehensive administrative support for human resources and payroll functions. This role ensures accurate record keeping, compliance with employment regulations and timely communication with staff. This is a temporary position assisting the team while a new system is implemented. There is a possibility this could turn into a Furst-to-Hire opportunity.
Hours : 8 : 30am to 5pm, M-F
Pay : $21.54
HR Payroll Assistant Responsibilities :
- Assist with payroll related forms
- Assist with processing payroll and preparing payroll reports
- Maintain and update annual notice
- Monitor AP email and track reimbursement requests
- Maintain payroll records and ensure accuracy in the system
- Participate in special projects as assigned
- Schedule, track and maintain performance and probation review
- Upload and maintain resumes into the system
- Provide anniversary dates for organizational communication
- Maintain and update workplace posters to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws
- Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy
- Respond to general employee inquiries and direct them to appropriate personnel when needed
