ProCare Therapy is seeking a passionate LVNfor a contractedposition.This is an excellent school districtwith tons of support from wonderful colleagues and students.
Duties & Responsibilities :
Perform health assessments and provide immediate first aid to students and staff.
Administer prescribed medications and maintain accurate records of medication administration.
Collaborate on health education initiatives and conduct sessions on topics like nutrition and hygiene.
Coordinate care plans for students with special medical needs and communicate effectively with parents and school staff.
Position Details :
- Summer School Session :
- June 6th, 2024 - June 30th, 2024
- Shifts : 8am-12pm or 1pm-4pm
- 24 / 25 SY
- August 5th, 2024 - June 9th, 2025
- M-F, full time 32
- 1 : 1 caseloads, will vary from K-12th
- MUST have Trach and Vent Certification
- Must be willing to ride bus with student
- $36 / hr
- Location : San Bernardino, CA
