Electrical Project Manager Mission-Critical (Open to APMs too) at TalentSphere Staffing Solutions

Location : Austin, TX
Full-Time
Salary : $100,000$130,000+ (willing to pay more for the right fit)

What Youll Be Doing

Oversee all aspects of electrical scopes on data center and mission-critical builds

Coordinate with field superintendents, clients, and trade partners to drive results

Handle RFIs, submittals, cost tracking, change orders, and schedule management

Plan the project from the ground up alongside precon and procurement teams

Make sure safety, quality, and communication stay solid across all phases

What You Bring

5+ years as an Electrical PM, preferably on mission-critical or data center jobs

Proven ability to lead large-scale projects from precon to turnover

Strong working knowledge of NEC, electrical systems, and project financials

Clear, confident communicator with a team-first mindset

Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar tools
