As a Project Manager , you will be the master conductor of construction and mechanical projects, ensuring they are completed with precision and finesse.

Responsibilities :

• Lead construction and mechanical projects from start to finish, ensuring they stay on schedule and within budget.
• Estimate new projects and handle change orders like a pro, adapting to evolving demands and priorities.
• Evaluate situations with your detail-oriented, problem-solving skills, delivering innovative solutions.
• Keep communication flowing smoothly as you collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Embrace the power of MS Office, including MS Project, and scheduling software to orchestrate your projects flawlessly.

Essential Job Functions :

• Perform a symphony of office work, including extensive sitting at your desk and computer
• Conduct occasional standing, bending, stooping, and reaching exercises to keep those project management muscles in tune.
• Show off your physical agility on construction sites, demonstrating your ability to stand, walk, crawl, bend, reach, and even climb - you're a true acrobat!
• Embrace the rhythm of high noise levels on construction sites because... well, we can't have Mozart without a little volume, right?
• Get ready to hit the road! Travel will be a regular part of your repertoire, with approximately 50% of your time spent on the move.

Skills :

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering will set the stage for success (preferred, but not mandatory).
• Serenade us with your six or more years of experience leading construction or mechanical projects as a Project Manager.
• Your attention to detail will shine like a dazzling spotlight, with strong analytical skills to evaluate even the most complex situations.
• Adaptability should be your middle name, as you gracefully adjust to changing demands and priorities.
• Captivate us with your excellent interpersonal and communication skills, serving as the maestro of collaboration.
• MS Office, including MS Project, and scheduling software will be your trusty instruments, helping you compose project masterpieces.
